1. The My Club feature is intended for private referrals only. Marketing of gambling products in Georgia is restricted by law. If ASVLA becomes aware of any illegal marketing activities by My Club participants, we reserve the right to suspend accounts from receiving new players, or remove previously referred players, at our sole discretion. Should any direct or indirect cost be incurred by ASVLA for violations of this term, we reserve the right to remove any such costs from My Club bonuses.
2. ASVLA reserves the right to verify your invited friend's identity or perform additional security checks before awarding the bonus. In case bonus abuse or irregular play has been detected on you and/or your invited friend's account, ASVLA reserves the right to retain the bonus for these particular accounts. All invited friends are checked to detect bonus abuse and irregular play.
3. ASVLA holds no responsibility for any consequences related to damages arriving from the referrals that are being sent by you. You also understand that you cannot refer people who you do not know, who do not wish to receive this content, who are not of legal age to gamble by the laws of Georgia, or who in any other way may be disturbed by this referral.

By participating in the My Club feature, you hereby agree and understand that it is your responsibility to only invite people who are your friends and who are not disturbed by receiving invitational content from you. 5. To safeguard player privacy, ASVLA does not provide reporting on individual players to Club owners. Nevertheless, all participants agree that where they choose to register with a referral code, it may be possible for their Club owner to make some inferences about the gameplay of their Club members. All players are free to register without a referral code.
6. All players should be aware that the My Club bonus displayed on the site is a projection, not a guaranteed outcome. The bonus amount displayed may fluctuate at any time during the month based on ongoing gameplay, as well as reporting delays or errors. The final bonus will be calculated only at the end of every calendar month.
7. The bonus amount and the number of active players will reset to 0 at the end of every calendar month. In the event a Club finishes a month with a negative amount, this will be treated as 0, and no amount will be owed to ASVLA.
8. My Club is intended as a permanent site feature without any expiration date, but all participants agree that no guarantees are made in this regard and the feature may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify the feature, in full or in part, at any time and without notice to participants. ASVLA makes no guarantees whatsoever of continued My Club earnings in the event this offer is modified or discontinued.
